Our experienced team will guide you through the process and keep you informed of progress every step of the way.
During your initial bespoke design appointment, we will ask plenty of questions to kickstart the creative process. We may do some initial hand-drawn sketches or present you with a range of pieces from our store to inspire you. By the end of the session, we will have enough details about your preferences and budget to build a CAD model for your future creation.
Once you’ve had a chance to look at your 3D rendering or to-scale wax model, you will be invited to give your feedback and make any changes. Remember, this is the opportunity to finalise your design before it is brought to life. When you are entirely happy, we will take a deposit and advise you on the time it will take for your finished piece to arrive in store.
Over weeks of meticulous craftsmanship, your beautiful piece of bespoke jewellery will be completed, polished, packaged and ready for you to collect. We are happy to gift-wrap your custom-made jewellery creation, ready for someone special, or you can wear your piece straight out the door!
