The Element of Surprise

We understand the importance of your engagement ring purchase and how important the element of surprise is in your gifting, so if you do not know the ring size of the person you are purchasing the ring for please select "I don't know" when proceeding with the purchase and we will produce your ring to a standard size (K1/2-M).
Once the ring has been presented, if the size is incorrect, please contact us and we will help you to determine the best course of action.

Finding The Finger Size

If your purchase is not confidential, there are a number of alternatives to finding the correct finger size:

1. Go into any local jewellery store and have the finger size measured.
2. Contact Customer Services for a Free Finger Sizer sent to you by post.
3. Visit our showroom (strictly by appointment) for an accurate finger size measurement.

* Please note: Any manual method of determining the size such as measuring the circumference of the finger may result in inaccuracies. Please read our resizing policy for the costs of resizing a ring.

Resizing Policy

All our rings can be resized for free within 30 days of purchase. If you do not know the engagement ring size, please leave the ring size as “I Don't Know”, and we will make the ring a standard ring size (between K1/2-M). Once you have received the ring and can determine the correct size, you can send it back to us for your complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase.
